Agnes Eleanor Wierer Gnaedinger, 92, Highland Park, IL, died peacefully at home on January 25, 2016. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Gnaedinger, Jr, Ph.D., and is survived by her 4 children: David (Yvonne); Jean (Antonio); Richard (Monica); and Karl (Martha); 8 grandchildren: Katy (Jon), Alison (Hugo), Kara, Bianca, Anika, Nicholas, Oliver, and Melissa and 4 great grandchildren: Robert, Alex, Lucas, and Elise. A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016, from 3-8 pm at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Road, Highland Park, IL 60035. Private interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Forest Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northeastern Illinois Foundation, www.neiu.edu.
