Rachel N. Frank, nee Neuberg, age 69

Beloved wife of Eugene M. Frank. Loving mother of David (Stacey) Frank, Deborah (Peter Bradica) Frank and Jeremy (Amy) Frank. Proud grandmother of Taylor, Logan, Charlie, Rebecca, Maddox and Louie. Dear sister of Benjamin (Debra) Neuberg and Phillip (Susan) Neuberg.

The family will start receiving at Wednesday 10 a.m., and the service will be at 11 a.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd., (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory to the Cancer Wellness Center, 215 Revere Drive, Northbrook, IL 60062, www.cancerwellness.org, would be appreciated.
