Police Log: Recent Arrests in Highland Park

Highland Park Police arrests.

The following actions were reported by the Highland Park Police Department:

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE

On July 26 at 1:19 a.m., Angelo D. Wilcox (31) of Beach Park was arrested and charged after police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Park Avenue West, police said. Wilcox was driving with a suspended driver’s license and speeding 26 to 34 mph above the speed limit. Wilcox was released on recognizance bond and has a court date in Park City on Aug. 24.

DUI

Eunice Boddie (62) of Waukegan was arrested and charged on July 28 at 2:41 a.m. for driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, and speeding 35 mph over the limit, police said. Police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Park Avenue West. Boddie was released on a personal recognizable bond and has a court date in Waukegan on Sept. 2.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

On July 29 at 11:53 p.m., Courtney Crosby (30) of Highland Park was arrested and charged with domestic battery, police said. Crosby was then transported to bond court in Waukegan.

BURGLARY

Steven Lindsey (30) of Joliet was arrested and charged at 3:25 p.m. on July 29 for burglary, retail theft under $300, unlawful use of credit card, and identity theft, police said. Police executed an arrest warrant for Lindsey in Chicago and transported Lindsey to Lake County Corrections.

DUI

On Aug. 1 at 1:23 a.m., David Silver (57) of Chicago was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, police said. Police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Clavey Road and the Edens Expressway. Silver was released on a recognizance bond and has a court date in Park City on Aug. 24.
