HIGHWOOD, IL - Redhead Days Chicago, an affiliate festival of a larger one that's been held for years in Holland, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/RHDchicago/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">will return to Highwood for its second year</a>. While the plans have not been finalized, the dates of the festival will be June 4 and 5, according to a post on the Redhead Days Chicago Facebook page. Planned by local business owner and quirky redhead Jim Stoecker, last year's inaugural festival in the United States drew <a href="https://patch.com/illinois/highlandpark/day-1-redhead-days-success-record-breaking-ginger-photo-planned-sunday" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hundreds of redheads from throughout the country</a>. An official announcement could be made soon.
