Early Bird Discounts on Lions Park Pool Passes To "Fly Away" After April 15
It's not too late to dive in for a summer of savings at the Clarendon Hills Park District! Discounted early bird pool passes for the Clarendon Hills Park District's Lions Park Pool will remain on sale at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue, through 5 p.m. on Friday, April 15. Regular business hours at the Community Center are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days. The discounted early bird pool passes provide for a summer of fun in the sun at the park district's aquatics center. Lions Park Pool, located at 100 Byrd Court, will officially open for the 2016 season at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 28. The pool features a diving well, six lap lanes, a water slide, a bubbler splash pad, an interactive water play feature, and a zero depth entry area for very young swimmers. The Lions Park Pool is also the official home of the Sea Lions Swim Team, and group, semi-private and private swimming lessons will be available at the aquatics complex throughout the summer. The early bird pool pass discount offers a savings of approximately 10% on all season admissions. An early bird family pass for Clarendon Hills residents will sell for $257.00 through Friday, April 15. The current discounted rate for a family plus pass is $305.00 for residents of Clarendon Hills. This option offers the traditional season pass, plus 10 daily guest admissions for relatives and friends visiting the aquatics complex with a season pass holder. An early bird resident pass for an individual visitor is $135.00, while senior citizen passes (age 60 and better) are selling for $63.00 to Clarendon Hills residents through Friday afternoon.
