Pre-season hours at the Clarendon Hills Park District's Lions Park Pool, 100 Byrd Court, will continue through Friday, June 3. During the pre-season operating period the Lions Park complex will be open from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., the ideal time to catch an after school or post-work dip in the pool. Regular season hours will begin on Saturday, June 4 and will continue through August 14. Daily operating hours at the pool will be from 11:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. seven days per week. Please note that the pool will be closed from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on the following dates due to home swim meets: June 9, June 14, June 25, July 5 and July 7. A 2016 season pass will be valid at the Hinsdale Community Swimming Pool when the Lions Park complex is closed for a swimming meet. Up-to-date information on pool hours and closings can often be found on the Clarendon Hills Park District's Facebook page or web site. A season pass to the Lions Park complex remains the most cost-effective, simple way to enjoy recreational swimming at the pool all summer long. Season passes remain on sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue. Pool patrons with an established household account in the Clarendon Hills Park District's on-line registration system may purchase a pass at Lions Park during regular pool operating hours. This year, a family pass for Clarendon Hills residents is selling for $285.00, while the popular family plus pass is available for $325.00. This option includes the traditional season pass, plus 10 daily guest admissions for family members or friends visiting the complex with a season pass holder. For more information, please call the Clarendon Hills Park District at 630-323-2626.
