Limestone Stage Presents 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' In Lockport
This is the stage company's first return to live theater since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

LOCKPORT, IL — Limestone Stage, a community theater company, will return to live theater with performances of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" from July 23-31 in Lockport. The show, directed by Luke Janchenko, features mistaken identities, fairy magic and slapstick fun, the company said.
Shows will be held July 23, July 24, July 30 and July 31 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lockport Township building, 1463 S. Farrell Road. Performances will be outdoors, weather permitting, the company said.
An indoor matinée performance will also be held July 25 at 2 p.m.

For the outdoor performances, the company said audience members are encouraged to bring camping chairs or blankets for seating. Picnic baskets and coolers are also welcome.
Tickets for the show are $10 and can be bought online.
