Change your cardio workout with this 6-week session, Jan. 11 – Feb. 15, Fridays at 6:30pm of Co-ed Boxer’s Workout offered by the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club. You will learn basic punches and boxing moves as you alternate heavy bag work with athletic-based drills. Led by an experienced boxing instructor, you will get an excellent cardio workout. Hand wraps and 12 oz. heavy bag gloves are required. Club membership is not required.
