Beginner or experienced triathlete, qualified Club trainers can help you achieve your goals! The 8-week class will provide tools & workouts to complete your first sprint triathlon or better your last performance. All components will be covered - biking, swimming, running - along with perfecting your transitions. Biking & running will be done outside as a group. You will receive weekly workout plans and logs as well as nutritional information. Club membership is not required! Space is limited.
