“I feel like we finally started stinging things together,” Homewood-Flossmoor coach Charlie Ward stated.

“We hit two posts in the first half and had a ball cleared off the line. We had three scoring opportunities literally an inch from going in. Otherwise, we ran away with this game.

"We played excellent soccer, played very well as a team. We just didn’t get the result we wanted.”
