Relay for Life of Huntley 2013 - Planning Committee volunteers needed

The 2013 Relay for Life of Huntley season has begun!  We already have three registered returning teams and one 'night of' performance confirmed for our June 14/15, 2013 event.

Our planning committee is looking for volunteers to help build awareness, recruit teams/participants/business sponsors and organizing/managing activities the night of our walk.  The next committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 11/6, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Huntley Park District Rec Center. 

All business sponsors will be recognized in our monthly newsletter and in our blog.  Other amenities, starting at $250 sponsorships, include business name listed on our www.RelayforLife.org/HuntleyIL website, name in our event program and recognition during our event opening ceremony on June 14, 2013.  Anyone interested in hearing more about business sponsorship opportunities, please contact me (Tiffany Scerbicke, Event Chair) at RelayforLifeofHuntley@gmail.com or our American Cancer Society staff partner, Mike Jostes, at Mike.Jostes@cancer.org.

Anyone interested in helping us build our local Relay for Life event is welcome to attend our committee meetings.
