Come Alive Outside! FREE Community Event in Huntley on June 12, 2016
Come Alive Outside, is a free community event on June 12, 2016, designed bring families back to nature.
Sebert Landscape along with community and business partners Bluestem Ecological Services, Cub Cadet, Cabela’s, and Huntley Park District have come together to inspire people to live healthier lives by enjoying the full benefits of the great outdoors.
Come Alive Outside, is a free community event expected to draw families throughout Chicagoland away from the digital world and back to nature. The event will be held outside at Huntley Park District and in Deicke Park, 12015 Mill Street, Huntley, Ill. on Sunday, June 12, 2016, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Attendees of all ages will have opportunities to:
· Toss a football with local football heroes and NFL Alumni

· Take a guided walk through nature at Deicke Park and learn about native plants and why they are so getting so popular in the area
· Learn how to start their own garden by planting a seedling to take home

· Fish and receive lessons from the pros
· Treasure hunt with metal detectors
· Get camping tips & advice
· Join in the fun and play parachute
· Experience the new fitness equipment
