Jawbone, a company that creates fitness bracelets, analyzed data from its users to determine what time Americans go to sleep.

Everyone has to sleep, but it seems like Illinoisans in the state’s 102 counties are not getting the recommended eight hours a night on average.
Jawbone analyzed sleeping patterns using data from one million users of its fitness-tracking bracelet, and the findings suggest geographical factors play a significant role in the time Americans go to bed.
