Foster Homes Needed by 4/11!

"The sadness I feel looking into cages is nothing compared to how it must feel looking out."

The shelters are overflowing with dogs and puppies! What makes matter worse is that it is Spring and “love is in the air”...leading to over”pup”ulation! They are not prepared for the number of dogs and puppies that are coming through their doors and are asking us for HELP!!!

Safe Haven Dog Rescue has committed to helping by bringing LOTS of dogs and puppies into our program on 4/11/15, now we are asking for your help...we desperately need foster homes to put them in!

These dogs puppies were abandoned at at time where the shelters are overcrowded with more arriving each day, without rescue stepping in, these dogs are at risk of euthanasia!!

While you foster, we pay all expenses from vetting, to food and we provide a crate, leash, collars, and toys. Your family provides love (something they desperately need!) and a safe place for these pups until they find their forever homes. We also require that you have the ability to take these pups to routine veterinary visits at our participating vets. These vets are located in Wheaton, Naperville, and Elmhurst. Spay/Neuters are done in North Aurora.

Fostering is the most life giving thing you can do for a dog or puppy! It is a very rewarding experience that will make a huge impact on their life.

By becoming a foster you are saving 2 lives - the animal you bring into your home while he or she waits to be adopted, and the animal who gets to take your foster’s place in the shelter.

Please email safehavendogs@yahoo.com ASAP for additional details or a Foster Application.

If you cannot foster, you can still help by SHARING this information far and wide to help us find foster homes and adoptive families.
