February promises to be a busy month for the Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce. The chamber released its upcoming schedule of events for the month.

General Membership Meeting

The chamber’s general membership meeting will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 1,  at Village Inn Restaurant, 11713 E. Main St., Huntley, according to a chamber press release.

The main presentation will detail the upcoming 2012 Home and Business Expo. Cost for the breakfast meeting is $10. Seating is limited, and the meeting is for chamber members only. More information is available on the chamber website.

February Chamber Mixer

The February mixer for the Huntley Area Chamber is from 5 to 7 p.m. at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Rd., Huntley. The mixer promises to have good food and networking opportunities, the release stated.

Event is for Huntley chamber members and their guests only.  

2012 Home and Business Expo

The 2012 Huntley Chamber Home & Business Expo is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, according to the press release.

This year’s expo will be at Marlowe Middle School, 9625 Haligus Rd., Lake in the Hills. The event’s corporate sponsor is  Centegra Health System.  Information regarding availability of booths can be found on the chamber website.
