Judge to Consider Allowing Evidence in Sex Crime Trial for Area Man

A McHenry County judge will decide in coming weeks whether to "allow allegations of other incidents of criminal sexual behavior" into the trial for a 39-year-old Cary man accused of various sex crimes, according to the Northwest Herald. 

Michael Scott Reck is charged with 13 counts of sex crimes, including predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, according to the article.
