MANCHA the Lost Dog. NOW HOME!!

Thanks

Mancha is a Female long haired Chihuahua mix. About 7 years old. She ran away Friday the 19th of December

from our Home in the SouthWinds Subdivision. She has Long Wiry White hair with black spots on her skin. She was wearing a Pink invisible fence collar and a Blue nylon collar with a McHenry County rabies tag. She is small, weighs 10lbs but is very fast. She is shy of strangers and hard to catch. Food or treats would be the best way to gain her trust.

Mancha also has a Microchip, that and the rabies tag are linked to our info through the McHenry County Animal control.

Kirk and Ruth

After 5 days and a few sightings Mancha found her way home. On Christmas Eve we came home from our childrens house to find her sleeping on our front step. Truly a Christmas blessing. I think the search pushed her in the right direction that she eventually found something familiar, that led her to find her way home.

Ruth and I would like to thank all the people that helped search especially the folks from Convington Lakes subdivision. Many people called as well and led us in the right direction their information was invaluable.

A special thank you to the ladies from Invisible fence, Anna and Kathy, their resources and expertise really saved the day. Without them Mancha my still be lost.

Ruth and I are forever in your debt, all the good people of Huntley!

Happy Holidays.

Kirk and Ruth
