Two area men remained in the hospital Sunday following a crash Melms Road near Route 23 in Genoa around 7 a.m. Saturday, according to the Northwest Herald.
Robert F. Person, 40, of Hampshire was traveling west on Melms Road and collided with a semitrailer, which was driven by Jesus T. Ramirez, 43, of Woodstock, according to the Northwest Herald. Both men were taken by helicopter to area hospitals, according to the article
