Wis. Man Sentenced in DUI Crash That Killed Area Teen

Alysha Thurow Gitzinger was killed in the October 2012 crash. Hugo C. Dells III was sentenced Tuesday on an aggravated DUI charge, according to media reports.

A 43-year-old Wisconsin man was sentenced to seven years in prison Tuesday for a drunken driving crash in Harvard that killed a 19-year-old Woodstock woman in October 2012, according to the Northwest Herald.

Hugo C. Dells III, of Darien, Wis., pleaded guilty to a aggravated DUI charge. Alysha Thurow Gitzinger was killed in the crash, according to the article.

Thurow Gitzinger graduated from Woodstock High School in 2011 and enrolled in culinary school at McHenry County Collegefollowing high school, according to her obituary.
