Survived by his mother, Beatrice Collins-Harden, brother, Gerald Collins, sister, L’Tonya Collins; children, Danita, Treandris, and Shamika; five grandchildren, four nieces, and three nephews. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012, 10-11 am at. Mt. Ebal M.B. Church, 221 Cameron Dr., Lockport, IL. Service at 11 am, Pastor Cornell Ervins, officiating. Interment following at Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet, IL.
