Disorderly Conduct At Joliet Public Library, Arrest Made: JPD
Eventually, Princeton Jones, age 33, was taken to the ground and placed into custody after a struggle with Joliet police, officers noted.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet police arrest logs indicate that a 33-year-old man who has been in the Will County Jail four separate times since November 2020 was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the downtown branch of the Joliet Public Library, 150 N. Ottawa St.
Princeton Jones was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer.

- Around 3:30 p.m., officers were called to a business in the 100 block of North Ottawa Street for a trespassing complaint. Officers learned that Jones had been trespassing at the business and the staff wanted him removed from the property.
- Officers told Jones he needed to leave the property, and that's when Jones began yelling profanities, and he became aggressive toward them.
- Jones continued to aggressively approach the Joliet police and he was eventually taken to the ground and placed into custody after a brief struggle.
- Jones was brought back to the Joliet Police Department for processing and then released on an I-Bond. Joliet police arrest records had Jones residing in Bolingbrook on Woodcreek Drive, while his jail logs had him at 2200 Oneida Street in Joliet.
