Father Augustus Tolton - Exhibit & Presentation at the Museum

Documentary & Exhibit Presentation at the Joliet Area Historical Museum - Thursday, Feb 7th - FREE ADMISSION

A gallery exhibit and screening of the mini-documentary, "From Slavery to Glory," produced by USF Educational Technologist Glen Gummess will take place at the Joliet Area Historical Museum on Thursday, Feb. 7 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event will also offer complimentary refreshments, a cash bar, and music by USF's Schola Cantorum and the Joliet Township High School Jazz Band. This is a FREE EVENT and is open to the public. The Joliet Area Historical Museum is located at 204 N. Ottawa Street in Joliet.

The program is presented through a partnership with the Joliet Area Historical Museum, the USF Office of Institutional Diversity, the USF Department of Academic Technology, the USF Philosophy and Theology Department, the USF Music Department, the Father Augustus Tolton Honor Society, and Sisters of St. Francis of Mary Immaculate Anti-Racism Committee.
