Joliet Blotter: Sex Offender, DUIs, Domestic Battery

March 4

Roland Owens, 41, of the 1400 block of Arthur, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of violating the sex offender registry. Owens was convicted in South Carolina on a charge of criminal sexual assault/force, according to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.

March 3

Richard Bailey, 36, of the 3200 block of Karen, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of criminal trespassing and criminal damage to property, according to jail records.

Jonathan Lewis, 32, of the 1300 block of Rock Run, Crest Hill, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, police said.

William Webb, 61, of the 100 block of St. Jude, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, following to closely and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Keith Bryant, 44, of the 300 block of Park Road, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint, jail records said.

Paris Keaton, 19, of the 300 block of Stone, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, according to jail records.

March 1

Jeremy Dillard, 28, of the 2600 block of Essington, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of retail theft and resisting an officer, according to jail records.

Timothy Jones, 49, of the 300 block of DesPlaines, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Gigi Leiva, 25, of the 1800 block of Asbury Circle, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of retail theft, according to jail records.

Rodney Love, 52, of the 300 block of Willard, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, driving without lights and driving on a revoked/suspended license, according to jail records.

Erin Manicki, 34, of the 300 block of Clare Lane, Utica, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and resisting an officer, according to jail records.

Matthew Summit, 30, of the 1400 block of Arthur Avenue, was arrested by Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of DUI, according to jail records.

Lakeshia Wade, 34, of the 300 block of Hickory Street, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, according to jail records.

Michael Francis Curran, 33, of the 21000 block of Joplin Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of retail theft and resisting an officer, according to jail records.

Melvin Howard, 21, of the 1000 block of Quail Drive, Morris, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, according to jail records.

Christian Hudson, 24, of the 300 block of Bluff Street, was arrested by Romeoville police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, according to jail records.
