Not-a-Prostitute Guy Bit 1 Inmate's Nose, Hit Another With a Mop and Struck 3rd in the Head: Police

An alleged armed robber who sued his siblings for supposedly calling him a male prostitute bit one fellow inmate in the nose, hit another with a mop and struck a third in the head, police said.

Jesus Moses Simms, 22, caught three separate battery cases in connection with the alleged attacks. He was jailed a year ago on charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Simms allegedly bit the nose of 18-year-old Dijon Kelley, struck Marvell Beals, 21, in the head, and hit Kenneth Love, 26, with a mop.

Simms complained about Love throwing urine on him when he sued the Will County jail last month. It was not clear whether the alleged urine-throwing preceded or followed the mop attack described in the criminal complaint.

In the lawsuit against his brother and sister, Derek and Samantha Walker, Simms claimed his siblings “arrived at (Simms’) church and explained to the Saints (Elders) of his church that he was arrested for prostitution.”

The Walkers “purposely and maliciously defamed (Simms) for the purpose of destroying his reputation in the church and community,” the suit said.
