REO Speedwagon at the Rialto
Joliet's Rialto Square Theatre was the home for a sold out show with REO Speedwagon on Thursday night.
Returning to home turf in Illinois, REO Speedwagon played a sold out show at the Rialto Square Theatre in Joliet on Thursday night.
The weeknight rock show took the place of the band's appearance that was originally scheduled for January 13th, which had to be postponed for health reasons within the band.
Back in early January, REO Speedwagon released a statement that a number of their upcoming shows had to be rescheduled due to lead singer Kevin Cronin needing time off following surgery.

Cronin, who grew up in south suburban Oak Lawn, took the stage on Thursday in great health, thanking the full crowd for their support.
REO Speedwagon will be returning to the area (with special guest Chicago) when they bring their summer tour to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont on June 24th. Tickets for that show are on sale now through Ticketmaster.
