Sunday's Gordon Lightfoot Concert At Rialto May Not Sell Out

Marketing staff at the Rialto Square Theatre are expecting a significant walk-up crowd for tickets to Sunday's 7:30 p.m. concert.

JOLIET, IL - With only four days to go, it remains to be seen whether one of North America's living music legends can draw a packed house at the Rialto Square Theatre. If you still want to see Gordon Lightfoot, who turns 79 in November, plenty of seats remain available for Sunday's 7:30 p.m. concert in downtown Joliet. Marketing staff for the theater told Joliet Patch that approximately 1,200 tickets were sold as of Tuesday. The theater can accommodate around 1,900 guests.

Most of the available tickets are in the low-to-mid-range pricing. Those tickets are $49 and $59, plus additional fees that may apply. On the upside, marketing staff anticipate say they anticipate there will be a strong walk-up crowd on Sunday night, concert fans who won't purchase their tickets ahead of time.
