Armed Robbery At La Grange Store: Cops

The suspect stole money and other items in the robbery, which took place a week ago, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – An armed robbery took place a week ago at 7-Eleven, 9600 E. Ogden Ave., La Grange police said.

Basic information about the armed robbery was released as part of the village's weekly blotter Friday.

About 9:30 p.m. March 3, a man entered the store and stole several pieces of merchandise, an unknown amount of currency from the register, and a victim's wallet, which contained debit and credit cards, an identification card and about $330, police said.

Police did not give any information on the weapon.

Armed robberies also occurred at the same 7-Eleven on Nov. 27 and Jan. 15, according to police reports.
