LA GRANGE, IL — The La Grange Police Department has received a grant through ComEd's Powering Safe Communities. According to a release, the grant will help fund the purchase of four solar-powered speed display signs to be placed throughout La Grange.
The signs will not only provide a visual reminder, but can be used to determine the amount of traffic in an area so that the La Grange Police Department can deploy its officers more efficiently.
