• Lyons Township Investigation Pushed; Harassment, Retaliation Alleged (patch.com) — Residents in and around La Grange will see Lyons Township's board hold an emergency meeting Monday to consider hiring an independent firm to investigate alleged surveillance, harassment and political retaliation tied to Supervisor Chris Getty. Clerk Elyse Hoffenberg says security cameras in her office and unreleased footage access raise serious concerns, while Getty maintains the cameras were installed at her direction and that records laws must be followed.
