President of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and former NATO rep Ivo Daalder will speak at Lake Forest College on Thursday, March 5.His talk, <a href="http://www.lakeforest.edu/live/events/477569-ivo-daalder-talk-towards-a-post-911-foreign-policy" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">"Towards a Post-9/11 Foreign Policy,"</a> will be presented at 7:30 p.m. in the Lily Reid Hold Memorial Chapel on Middle Campus. The event is free and open to the public.Daalder, a former Ambassador to NATO, received the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. He also taught at the Brookings Institution and University of Maryland's School of Public Policy and served as director of research at its Center for International and Security Studies.Lake Forest College is located at 555 N.
