Jam & Jelly Class this week at Elawa Farm

Join Elizabeth, founder of Rare Bird Preserves, as she brings her expertise on fruit preserving techniques to Elawa Farm.

Elizabeth will be featuring Rhubarb for the class with Strawberry Rhubarb jam and Rhubarb Grapefruit Thyme Syrup. You will be making Eaton Mess parfaits with the Strawberry Rhubarb jam and sodas with the Rhubarb Grapefruit Thyme Syrup. There will also be a cheese and jam pairing at the end of class.
