Lake Bluff Elementary Students To Perform Original One-Acts

Fourth graders will star in four student-written plays March 2.

LAKE BLUFF, IL — Fourth Grade students of Lake Bluff Elementary School will present Be Our Guest 2017 on Thursday, March 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the school gym. A dress rehearsal for the student body is scheduled for 1:30 pm that afternoon.

The show is made up of four original one-act plays written by third grade classes during their Fall 2016 drama session:

  • Hot Dog Confusion written by Mrs. Sheridan's class
  • Trick-or-Treat Troubles written by Mrs. Scheffer's class
  • Outer Space Struggle written by Mrs. Koushanpour's class
  • The Volcano vs. The Beach written by Mrs. Marshall's class

Be Our Guest 2017 is directed by Tom Beck with musical direction by Lake Bluff Elementary School Music teacher Elaine Ellis.
