Lake Forest Blotter: Domestic Battery, Driving While Suspended

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Lucio E. Martinez, 61, Wheeling was stopped at Waukegan and Westleigh roads at 12:26 a.m. on May 31 and cited for driving while license suspended. He was stopped for a registration violation.

Colleen T. Vetters, 66, Richmond, Ill. was arrested for domestic battery after police responded to a home in the 100 block of East Westminster Road for a report of a disturbance at 3:06 p.m. on June 2. Upon investigation, Vetters was taken into custody by officers after she was found to have caused an injury to someone else at the home.

Ruth Roman, 25, Waukegan was stopped at IL Route 41 and Westleigh Road at 1:55 a.m. on June 3 and cited for driving while license suspended.
