Man Stole $250 Worth of Booze: Police
Others charged with driving while suspended in Lake Forest.

RETAIL THEFT
Leroy Brackins, 48, North Chicago was charged with retail theft at 5:53 p.m. on December 22 after being found to have left a store in the 800 block of North Western Ave. without paying for $250 worth of alcohol.

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Jose Oriega, 27, Waukegan was taken into custody at 12:11 a.m. on December 22 at IL Route 41 and Deerpath after being found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was also charged with operating an uninsured vehicle.

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Donna S. Charleston, 40, Chicago was stopped by an officer at Waukegan Road and Inverleith at 12:11 a.m. December 24 and was found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license.
