LAKE FOREST, IL - Well-known children's books <a href="http://www.candacefleming.com" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">author Candace Fleming</a> will visit several Lake Forest District 67 schools this month as part of the district's Association of Parents and Teacher's Visiting Author Program. Fleming is an acclaimed author of more than 20 books for children and young adults, according to a District 67 news release. She will host various presentations at Cherokee, Everett, and Sheridan elementary schools from Sept. 27-29. The Visiting Author Program in Lake Forest is funded by the Spirit of 67 Foundation.
