Suspicious Driver at Lake Forest Hospital Had Cocaine: Cops

A Waukegan man faces charges after police responded to a report of a suspicious car driving through the parking lots at Lake Forest Hospital.

According to a police report, Brandon L. Hall, 28 was taken into custody at 3:38 a.m. on August 28 when he was stopped and was found to be driving on a revoked driver’s license. He was later charged with possession of a controlled substance when police say they found cocaine on him.
