Teens Charged After Driving Onto Lawn and Running Over Christmas Decorations: Cops
A Waukegan man was found with a switchblade knife during a traffic stop at McKinley and Woodland.

AGGRAVATED DUI
John C. Hutchinson, 47, Grayslake was arrested for felony driving under the influence at 7:46 p.m. on Jan. 4 at Knollwood and Waukegan roads. An officer located Hutchinson stopped in his car on Knollwood Road. He was lost and admitted to drinking. Open alcohol was found in the car. Hutchinson failed field sobriety testing and was taken into custody.

DOMESTIC BATTERY
Stephen J. Cirame, 51, 1521 Big Oaks Court was charged with domestic battery at 8:35 p.m. on Jan. 2 at his residence. Police responded to a reported disturbance and after speaking with all occupants, took Cirame into custody for striking another person in the home.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON
Erik D. Munoz-Morales, 28, Waukegan was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and no valid driver’s license after being stopped at McKinley and Woodland at 9:44 p.m. on Dec. 27. An officer stopped Munoz‐Morales for failing to signal and took him into custody when he was found to be driving without a driver’s license. He was found to be carrying a switchblade knife.
RECKLESS DRIVING
Four teenagers - three 16-year-old boys from Lake Bluff and one 15-year-old girl from Lake Forest - face charges from an incident at Hackberry and West Fork at 1:31 a.m. on Dec. 26. Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle circling the block. An officer located the car driving without headlights and speeding, and watched it drive up onto a lawn and over some Christmas decorations. The officer stopped the car and took the driver into custody for reckless driving. He was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a graduated driver’s license. The three passengers were cited for curfew violations. All were released to a parent.
DECEPTIVE PRACTICE
Jennifer J. Marisco, 35, 175 Wildwood was taken into custody on Dec. 31 after an investigation into an incident which occurred in June at a business in the 500 block of North Western Avenue.
