Wanted Man Found In Stolen Car After Running Stop Sign: Blotter
Lake Forest Hospital employee faces theft charges; drunken driver discovered dozing at intersection: Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Police Blotters

LAKE FOREST, IL — The following information comes from Lake Forest and Lake Bluff police and Lake County court records as a record of those arrested by police. Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt, and criminal charges, which represent merely accusations by the state, are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Circuit Clerk of Courts. All persons named are innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
ARRESTS
Enish L. Thomas, 34, of the 6600 block of Hoyne Avenue, Chicago, was arrested around 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 25 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following an encounter with police on Route 41 at Deerpath Road. Police reported Thomas' Pontiac Grand Prix was parked on the shoulder with its hazard lights on. An officer reported smelling alcohol on his breath and noticing he appeared impaired.
Larry Kinnucan, 68, without a known address, was arrested around 3:45 p.m. on Sept. 30 at Lake Forest Hospital, 1000 Westmoreland Road, on a warrant for failure to appear in Lake County court.

Fredy Montoya, 24, of the 2900 block of Willow Lane, Zion, was arrested around 2 a.m. on Oct. 3 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater following a traffic stop near Sheridan and College roads. Police reported he was driving erratically and smelled of alcohol before failing field sobriety tests.
Rolando Solis Jr., 43, of the 500 block of Poplar Street, Waukegan, was arrested around 7 p.m. on Oct. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after an officer reported finding him asleep at the wheel at Waukegan and Rockland roads. He admitted drinking multiple beers at a Mundelein bar and refused to provide a breath sample prior to his arrest. Police also cited him for illegal stopping.

Keenan J. Crump, 25, of the 800 block of West Sunnyside Avenue, Chicago, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 near Woodland and McKinley roads after he failed to stop at a stop sign at Western Avenue and McKinley Road, police reported. Officers ran the license plate and learned the car was reported stolen from Chicago and Crump was wanted on an active arrest warrant connected to an allegation he failed to appear in court on a charge he violated his probation. Prosecutors approved a felony charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Edman A. Matinez-Sanchez, 29, of the 1900 block of North Keeler Avenue, Chicago, was arrested around 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 31 following a traffic stop at Route 41 and Westleigh Road. Police pulled him over due to his "extremely poor driving" and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after failing field sobriety tests and admitting to drinking six beers before driving.
Cristian J. Montejano, 26, of the 500 block of North Poplar Street, Waukegan, was arrested around 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 2 after officers who knew he had an active arrest warrant noticed him driving near Lake Forest Hospital, where he worked. Police reported the felony warrants for unlawful use of credit cards, identity theft and theft by deception resulted from an investigation into reports of stolen personal items from locker rooms and break rooms. He was also charged with driving with a revoked license and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
