Ela Township Community & Family Services Launches New Program
12-Week Anger Management Program
Ela Township Community & Family Services announces a new 12-week Anger Management program, which will begin on November 7, 2018. This is an educational program designed to teach individuals helpful strategies and coping techniques to better manage and express anger in alternative ways and improve attitudes in order to prevent aggressive acts, such as verbal abuse and violence.
The Anger Management group will meet every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Ela Township in the lower level conference room located at 1155 E. Route 22 Lake Zurich, IL 60047. There is a $25.00 one-time enrollment fee to join the Anger Management program. All proceeds from the program will be donated to Lake County Haven, which is a social service agency dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless women and children.
