How the Illinois governor candidates will attempt to get things done are as starkly different as their approaches to taxing and budgeting.

Democratic incumbent Pat Quinn, Republican Bruce Rauner and Libertarian candidate Chad Grimm all responded to questions on whether they would sign into law any legislation that includes tax increases or policy changes during a lame-duck legislative session.
