Join Us for Free Food and Fun on Ela Township Day Wednesday, Sept. 21!

Please join us for the first annual Ela Township Day on Wednesday, September 21.

We will be hosting an open house from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at several locations including the Ela Township Hall and Community Center, followed by a township cookout from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Knox Park in Lake Zurich. We’re even going to attempt the township’s biggest Electric Slide at 6 p.m.!

This family-friendly event offers fun, free food, music, children’s activities, touch-a-truck, information booths and more. Bring a non-perishable food item to help fill our Highway Department truck for the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry. For each donation you’ll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a large flatscreen TV!

Meet Ela Township officials and staff, ask questions, tour the facilities and receive important information about our programs, services and resources. If you’re not familiar with all our township provides, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more!
