My Year of Beds Author to speak to Lake Zurich Rotary Friday

Annette Jahnel,
the South African author of My Year of
Beds, is visiting the Lake Zurich Rotary Club on Friday as part of her
world book tour.  She was the first woman
to circle the globe by car and the book is her tale of the people she met, the
traffic jams she endured, and the beds she occupied, mostly in private homes.

Her
presentation is part travelogue, part motivational speech.  “If you’ve ever dreamed about stepping out
into a real life adventure – but never quite found the time,” Annette says, “I invite
you to join the quest.”
