Residents Vote for Paulus Park Playground Design
Village officials say the 17-year-old park equipment is in need of an update, according to local media reports.

The village of Lake Zurich has received about 200 votes in recent weeks from residents who they asked to choose a playground design, which is meant to replace the current Kids Kingdom at Paulus Park, according to the Lake Zurich Courier.
Most of the votes were cast online with some people also providing their feedback and voting at a meeting on Nov. 2 at the Paulus Park Barn, according to the article.
The village provides 11 different design options on its website and allows residents to rank their top three favorite choices, according to the village of Lake Zurich website. Those interested in voting can do so on the village of Lake Zurich website.
Village officials say the 17-year-old park equipment is in need of an update and $250,000 has been allocated for the project, which is expected to be installed by next spring, according to the Lake Zurich Courier.
