Round Lake Beach Teen Pleads Not Guilty to Drug-Induced Homicide

A Round Lake Beach teen entered a not guilty plea Tuesday in McHenry County Court for allegation that he provided Stephanie Habhab, a 19-year-old Johnsburg woman, with the heroin that killed her in November, according to the Northwest Herald. 

Justin T. Hurt, 17, could face between six and 30 years in prison if found guilty of drug-induced homicide, according to the article.
