The Collazo’s have created an oasis for chocolate lovers and non-chocolate lovers alike- designing a menu capable of catering to everyone’s tastes. You will find hints of flavor from the restaurants namesake, but never overpowering other flavors of the dish. Dishes incorporate the cocoa bean in many forms, creating a savory yet decadent flavor profile.
The Chocolate Sanctuary will be open for lunch and dinner serving unique offerings that will excite the palate and awaken the cocoa lover in all of us. Dishes will include a wide variety of appetizers and plates to share, soups, salads and sandwiches. Other chocolate-esque menu items include The Sanctuary Chopped Salad featuring a Chocolate Vinaigrette and certain Sandwiches will be finished with Mole Mayonnaise to further incorporate the chocolate theme.
Sanctuary Signature Chocolate Infused Items are sure to be a crowd favorite. With dishes such as Dark Chocolate and Stout Braised Short Ribs, Red Mole Brick Chicken, Cocoa-Nib Citrus Crusted Salmon and Chicken Mascarpone & Savory Cocoa Fettuccine you can’t go wrong. Guests will be surprised by the hints of familiar cocoa and delighted at the depth of flavor it compliments to each dish.
