Drive-Thru Testing Starts This Week At Health Club
Drive-thru coronavirus testing will be offered twice per week starting Thursday at Advocate Condell Medical Center Centre Club.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Starting Thursday, drive-thru community testing for COVID-19 will be offered twice per week at Advocate Condell Medical Center's Centre Club. The testing will be available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays through Oct. 16 at the health club, 200 W. Golf Road in Libertyville.
Drive-thru testing is available for people who are showing at least one COVID-19 symptom or who believe they have been exposed to COVID-19 in their household or through significant exposure at work or in public, according to a news release from Advocate Aurora Health.
COVID-19 symptoms include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, body or muscle aches, headache, fatigue, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or recent loss of taste or smell.

For those whose insurance will not pay for the test, Advocate Aurora Health will cover the cost.
After the test, people should stay at home and avoid contact with others until receiving a result, which should be available in 3 to 7 days. Results will be delivered via the Advocate Aurora Health LiveWell mobile app, according to the news release.

If results are positive, a staff member will contact patients. Negative results for patients who don’t have the LiveWell app will be mailed to their home.
Appointments for drive-thru testing are required and scheduling can be done through the Advocate Aurora LiveWell app or by calling 877-819-5034.
