Man Found Dead In Car At Libertyville Religious Center (patch.com) — Residents may want to know that a 36-year-old Waukegan man was discovered dead in a car parked at Marytown – The National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe in Libertyville on Aug. 31. Libertyville police and firefighters responded after a cardiac arrest report, and the Lake County Coroner's Office is still awaiting toxicology results as the investigation continues.

Libertyville Man Sentenced To 18 Years For Possession Of Child Sex Abuse Materials (patch.com) — Libertyville readers should know that a 27-year-old local man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to disseminating and possessing child sexual abuse material.
