Hate Crime Charge After Man Draws Swastika In Buena Park: Police
The man has been charged with felony hate crime after he was spotted on home surveillance footage on the North Side, police said.

CHICAGO — A 51-year-old man has been charged with hate crime and criminal defacement of property after swastikas were found drawn on the city's North Side. The graffiti was found in the 800 block of West Hutchinson Street in the Buena Park neighborhood on Nov. 2, police said.
Heath Levey, of the 4200 block of North Clarendon Avenue in Buena Park, is accused of drawing a swastika and graffiti with chalk on property between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., according to police.
Levey was arrested after he was seen on home surveillance footage, police said.

He's been charged with felony hate crime, and three counts of misdemeanor criminal defacement of property, police said.
Levey was scheduled to appear in Central Bond Court Friday afternoon.
