• Frank "Doc" Hideg passes at age 84 (westkentuckystar.com) — A Madison native, Dr. Frank "Doc" Hideg, has died at 84 after a long chiropractic and baseball career centered in Paducah, Kentucky. Locals may remember him as a hometown son who went on to save and restore Brooks Stadium, manage American Legion baseball for decades, and have the field there named in his honor, with services later this week in Paducah.
