• Christian Aid volunteers help Monee relief efforts (southwestregionalpublishing.com) — Monee residents hit by recent tornado damage can still request free volunteer help to clear downed trees and storm debris, thanks to Christian Aid Ministries and other chainsaw crews working through September. To be considered, you must call 2-1-1, complete Will County's storm damage survey, sign the texted waiver, and then wait for a cleanup coordinator to follow up based on volunteer availability.
